Suzie Horan Contemporary Jewellery & Design, Cardiff will be closed for the Eisteddfod July 28 - Aug 1
Suzie is delighted to announce the completion of a special commission - the Eisteddfod Crown of Wales.
The main body of the Crown is made of silver with an engraved front plate of steel. The design was inspired by the history of the steelworks in Blaenau Gwent and has been made using both traditional and modern methods.
The Crown can be seen on Sat 31st July and Sun 1st August on Suzie’s stand in the Exhibition Hall/Neuadd Arddangos at the National Eisteddfod of Wales, Ebbw Vale.
On Monday August 2nd the Crown will be presented at the Ceremony of the Crowning of the Bard.
