ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Some items may appear slightly different in tone to their true colouring.  Unfortunately this is un-avoidable but descriptions by each picture act as a guide line. If you see an item but would like it in a different colour or size, or you would like a Bespoke creation please contact me via the CONTACT FORM. 

Measurements

Necklaces: 16 inches or 18 inches as stated

Watches:- approx total length 8 inches (including a 2inch sterling silver extension chain) 

Bracelets: 7.5 inches

 If you require a different length, please contact me via CONTACT FORM to discuss your requirements.

Looking after your Jewellery

Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant etc onto your jewellery. Silver will naturally tarnish with time and wear. It is advisable you use an anti tarnish cloth to restore to its original condition.

It is recommended that you remove jewellery before showering, swimming or when undertaking manual or domestic work.

*Please note as each item is handmade It would be advisable to take care whilst wearing the item.*

Postage & Packaging

Standard Rate - £3.95

Items are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery which will need to signed for. All items are sent gift boxed and well packaged. I will endeavour to send items within a maximum of 7 days after payment received has been cleared.

If any item is urgent please let me know and I can arrange for a Royal Mail Special Delivery.  

Returns

I am sure that you will be happy with your purchase, however in the event that you would like to return the item, please contact me as soon as you receive it. The item must be sent back in perfect condition and in its original packaging within 7 days. It is advisable to send items back via Royal Mail Recorded delivery to ensure the item has been received.

As every item is handmade to order I will offer you an exchange or credit note against any further items.

If an item is faulty, please contact me and I will offer to repair the item or if you are still not happy with that I will offer a full refund (excluding delivery costs). 

I will not accept perfume/hair sprayed items.

I regret that earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded due to current ERU Hygiene Regulations.
